Welcome to www.allethic.com, the Mediterranean's high-end conscious Labels website. We strive to ensure our customers receive an effortless shopping experience and we hope that you enjoy all our website has to offer.

We are ALL GARARTI LABELS TEXTILE TRADING LLC, doing business as ALL ETHIC (“Company”; “we”; “us; or “our”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Our commercial license number is 1123922 and our business address is at: Office No. 065-3500 Malak Al Saqr Al Dara Real Estate - Bur Dubai - Second Trade Center. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to our website http://www.allethic.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products on it (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions"). 

WEBSITE TERMS

It is important to read these Terms and any other terms of use posted on the Website. These form our Website Terms, which control your use of our website and its services. We may update these Website Terms without notifying you by posting the changes on the Website, so please check regularly for any updates. When you place an Order through our Website, you agree to the latest version of the Website Terms. If a change in the law requires us to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it is fulfilled, this change will be applied to your Order. Otherwise, the version of the Website Terms posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made by you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and ALL GARARTI LABELS TEXTILE TRADING LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Conditions you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by updating the Website. By continuing to use the Website after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modifies terms.

We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your record.

ELIGIBILITY

We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter binding Orders with us.

In addition, only Orders with delivery addresses within Dubai and Abu Dhabi can currently be processed via the UAE Website. Please refer to the Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal use or gift, only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.

OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services are not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Intellectual Property Rights

Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark, or other intellectual property rights relating to the Content (as described in the Content section below), including our software, HTML, or other code contained on the Website. All such Content including third-party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Website is typically protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. This includes without limitation all graphics, user interfaces, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and trademarks or service marks reproduced through the System. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by us or the licensor of such Content. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, linking, commercially exploiting, copying, and using the above-listed materials on any other server, location, or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy to view Content for your personal use.

REGISTRATION

To take advantage of the features and services of this Website, you can either use the Website on a "guest check-out" basis or create an Account and register your details with us. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that any personal and payment details you provide to us are valid, accurate, and complete. You can update your details by updating them in your website profile. Please keep your account details and password confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. By registering or placing an Order on the Website you warrant that you meet the Eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects. Commercial entities are not eligible to register with us.

The functionality of buying goods as a guest is also available on the website. Under this type of purchase, only such data which are essential to process your order will be requested from you. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as a non-registered user.

How we will accept your order

When you place an order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes, and duties where applicable.

If we cannot accept your order

Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.

If we are unable to accept your order, a landing page indicating that the order has not been placed will normally appear by default and we will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because of any credit issue on your credit card, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a collection time you have specified.

The Website (or our Website Call Centre) may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time, we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

SHIPPING METHODS

ALL ETHIC currently only delivers in the UAE, with the delivery methods outlined below. We're constantly striving to improve your experience and are working on introducing more delivery methods across our channels. Kindly continue checking back for any updates.

We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the address you have provided in your order. The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order. The customer must ensure the delivery address provided to us is accurate and complete as the successful delivery to the delivery address provided by customer shall discharge ALL ETHIC from any responsibility. We shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver your order if the delivery address that you specified in your order, is incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete.

A signature is requested from you by our designated shipping company to acknowledge your receipt of your products ordered.

Our designated shipping company and us will not be responsible for verifying the identity of the person who acknowledges receipt of the products that you ordered. If we fail to reach you, we can re-arrange the delivery.

The delivery service arrangement may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion.

Please note that if your order has been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order and will have to follow our Return Policy.  

3 attempts for delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the attempts fail due to consignee unavailability or rejection of the order, then a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge.

• VAT 5% is included in all UAE orders.

* Orders placed outside of working hours (8 am- 4.30 pm), after the cut-off time, and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays — during this time, 2-hour delivery and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We will assign an order number and tell you what it is when we receive your order request. It will help us if you can tell us your order number whenever you contact us about your order.  

Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming the dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

 General Delivery Conditions

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.

Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. You must ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays. Please note the courier will make up to four phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you. And up to three attempts to deliver before your Order will be cancelled.

If the quantity of products received does not match with your order, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@allethic.com within 14 days after the products have been received.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

When you become responsible for the goods. Risk in the products shall pass to you upon order confirmation.

When you own goods. You will own the purchased product once we have received payment in full.

Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you.

We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:

(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes; or

(b) update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Your rights if we suspend the supply of products.

We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of the product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, and in each case the product is not available, and we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for the product.

Complimentary Gifts

We hope you enjoy your gift, complimentary with purchases made on ALL ETHIC. Please be aware that items purchased on the site, will be non-returnable if the gift has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with.

Payment

We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Payment will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid, or where we do not think, you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, we may request additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card with a photo, to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments. ALL ETHIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. The Website is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options on the website (or any portion thereof). It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with ALL ETHIC to get the payment options reactivated.

100% SECURE PAYMENT

The payment is perfectly secure. In case of payment by credit card, it is done on the website of our partner Stripe. This means that no banking information about you is transmitted via the online shop. Your credit card details are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer protocol and are never transmitted in clear text over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. We have no access to your details and do not keep them on the server, which is why they are requested again each time you make a new transaction on our site.

Prices

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and VAT 5% is included in all UAE orders. Exclude services you may elect to pair the purchase with, like delivery costs, will be displayed before your final checkout.

Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency than AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select, and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes, and duties apply (if any).

Promotional Codes and Discount Schemes

Promotional codes are valid only by their terms until the date stated, can be used only once, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale, or promotion. They are personal to you and cannot be transferred to third parties. Inner Circle discounts are currently not available for Orders placed through the Website.

EXCLUSIONS

Unless otherwise stated, select brand exclusions apply to all promotional codes and offers. If the item is not eligible for the offer, the discount will not be reflected.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

For any gift with purchase, regional exclusions and minimum spending requirements may apply. Gifts apply on orders from the brands listed in the offer banner only. Until stock lasts. For any returns, the gift should be sent back with the returned item in the same condition it was received in.

Returns and Refunds

If the quantity of products received does not match with your order, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@allethic.com within 14 days after the products have been received.

14 days of returns

Right of withdrawal: If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract, within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the Shipment Confirmation. 

Items that were purchased at a discounted price cannot be refunded. 

Items need to be without damage and in original packaging. Items that were purchased at full price can be refunded within 14 days of receiving your order.

3 attempts for delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the attempts fail due to consignee unavailability or rejection of the order, then a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge.

In the event that a customer rejects the order for any reason or makes a return request, the initial delivery charges will not be refunded, but the return, as well as any applicable duties/taxes/fees are free of charge. Any items returned to us after 14 days will be denied any form of refund.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may notify us at ALLETHICS by sending an email to (customercare@allethic.com) or by writing to our contact form, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You shall not have the right to withdraw from the Contract when it is for the delivery of any of the following Products:

1. Customized items

1. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. 

Damaged Goods/Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders

To qualify for an online refund all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us within 14 days of Order receipt:

1. unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must not have any sole or other damage.
2. in their original packaging/box/dust cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned. Swimwear and underwear must have the original hygiene liner attached; and
3. accompanied by the original Order confirmation.

Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as, for example, damaged shoe boxes or unpacked packaged underwear may prevent re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection, but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.

ALL ETHIC reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

We regret but we cannot offer returns and refunds on the following categories of products: products sold in Sales Promotions, engrave jewelry, products sold stores outside the United Arab Emirates, products not purchased via the Website, nor Gift cards.

We will not be able to offer returns on personalized items, underwear, or earrings.

Gift items can be requested for return via calling the call center, only if a gift receipt is given.

If an item in your Order is received damaged by you or is not what you ordered, then please arrange for the return of the item to us using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties. A replacement may be available. Defective items may also benefit from a manufacturer's defects warranty.

Shoes

Shoe returns will only be accepted if the shoes are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.

Exchanges

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees).

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund (excluding any delivery charges ) will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the bank card (credit/debit) used for the original purchase. These should be reflected on your credit card within 3-5 working days depending on your card provider. Online credits shall be reflected immediately on confirmation of refund.

Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in the UAE by: Contact our customer service via email at customercare@allethic.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. Items must be returned within 14 days.

Shipping:

You won't incur any charges: Return shipping expenses are on us. Shipping costs initially paid are non-refundable. Except for faulty products, return shipping fees won't be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

You may contact us at any time before your Order is marked as "Processed" on our online Order tracking system to cancel or change it. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery, and use the Returns process.

Product Liability

By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability for those items save as described in the Returns section concerning returning the products and refunding the price paid (where applicable).

Title to Goods

The title to the items in your Order will pass to you on the later of the day on which: (i) you pay us in full for those items; or (ii) the day you receive the items. Risk in the items in your Order passes to you on delivery to the address detailed in the Order.

Content

In addition to the Intellectual Property rights mentioned above, "Content" is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio, or text on this Website. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and complete, but we cannot promise that the Content is error-free. We also do not promise that the functional aspects of the Website or Content will be error-free or that this Website or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that you have up-to-date virus-checking software installed.

Descriptions

At the time of publication on our Website, all product descriptions are believed to be accurate. We also strive to represent the products on our Website as accurately as possible, however, colors and resolution may vary depending on your monitor's display. All measurements and weights are approximate.

User Generated Content

By providing a review you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute. You also grant us a right to use any content you provide for our purposes including republication in any form or media. Comments may be moderated and may not be displayed immediately but we do not commit to checking all content and will not be liable for third-party posts. If you have a complaint about any posts, please contact us here. We reserve the right in our sole discretion not to publish or to remove any comment including those that we believe may be unlawful, defamatory, racist or libelous, incite hatred or violence, detrimental to people, institutions, religions, or to people's privacy, which may cause harm to minors, is detrimental to the trademarks, patents, and copyrighted content contains personal data, improperly uses the medium for promoting and advertising businesses. This Website is available to the public and therefore information you consider confidential should not be posted to this Website.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data, Forms, or other Content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.

• Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Software or the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, Termly, the Software, Website, and/or the Services.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

ADVERTISERS

SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Without limiting any other provision of these terms of use, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the services (including blocking certain IP addresses), to any person if we reasonably consider that such person is in breach of these terms of use, our acceptable use policy, or of any applicable law or regulation, including without limitation breaches of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these terms of use.

We may terminate your use or participation in the services or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion if we consider that you have breached, or are likely to breach, any of the above.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the Content or the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be always available. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
