Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY PRICES DUBAI / REST OF EMIRATES / GCC

With the delivery methods outlined below. We're constantly striving to improve your experience and are working on introducing more delivery methods across our channels. Kindly continue checking back for any updates.

We will aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted by us to the address you have provided in your order. The products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order. The customer must ensure the delivery address provided to us is accurate and complete as the successful delivery to the delivery address provided by customer shall discharge ALL ETHIC from any responsibility. We shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver your order if the delivery address that you specified in your order, is incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete.

A signature is requested from you by our designated shipping company to acknowledge your receipt of your products ordered.

Our designated shipping company and us will not be responsible for verifying the identity of the person who acknowledges receipt of the products that you ordered. If we fail to reach you, we can re-arrange the delivery.

The delivery service arrangement may be changed from time to time at our sole discretion.

Please note that if your order has been shipped you will no longer be able to cancel the order and will have to follow our Return Policy.  

3 attempts for delivery will take place for each shipment after which if the attempts fail due to consignee unavailability or rejection of the order, then a full delivery charge will apply as a return-to-origin charge.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • Same-Day Delivery in Dubai: Orders placed from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM qualify, with free shipping on orders over AED 450.
  • 48 Standard Delivery across UAE: Available for orders placed up to 2:00 PM, with complimentary delivery on orders over AED 350.
  • GCC Standard Delivery: AED 95 for orders below AED 700. Delivery within 4-5 working days
  • GCC Free shipping for orders over AED 700.
  • Note: Engraved jewelry items require an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

* Orders placed outside of working hours (8 am- 4.30 pm), after the cut-off time, and/or during any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the Order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below. Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays — during this time, 2-hour delivery and next-day delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

TIME REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

The delivery times below are calculated from the time of our acceptance of your order (Order Confirmation).

Shipping & Delivery

We will assign an order number and tell you what it is when we receive your order request. It will help us if you can tell us your order number whenever you contact us about your order.  

Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming the dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

 General Delivery Conditions

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.

Orders are delivered daily excluding UAE public holidays. You must ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays. Please note the courier will make up to four phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you. And up to three attempts to deliver before your Order will be cancelled.

If the quantity of products received does not match with your order, please contact our Customer Service at  customercare@allethic.com within 14 days after the products have been received.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

When you become responsible for the goods. Risk in the products shall pass to you upon order confirmation.

When you own goods. You will own the purchased product once we have received payment in full.

Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you.

We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:

(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes; or

(b) update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.

Your rights if we suspend the supply of products.

We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending supply of the product, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You may contact us to end the contract for a product if we suspend it, or tell you we are going to suspend it, and in each case the product is not available, and we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for the product.

Complimentary Gifts

We hope you enjoy your gift, complimentary with purchases made on ALL ETHIC. Please be aware that items purchased on the site, will be non-returnable if the gift has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with.

Prices

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and VAT 5% is included in all UAE orders. Exclude services you may elect to pair the purchase with, like delivery costs, will be displayed before your final checkout.

Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency than AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed.

The destination you ask us to deliver to, the items & services you select, and the method of delivery you choose will dictate what delivery charges, taxes, and duties apply (if any).
