Returns & Refund Process

Orders can be returned within 14 days after the delivery of your order.

In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the order) must be returned to us within 14 days of after the delivery of your order with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us). Shoes must be in brand-new condition and without any damage.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
  • Unfortunately we're unable to accept returns on engraved or other personalized items, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
  • Items that were purchased at a discounted price cannot be refunded.
  • We will not be able to offer returns on personalized items, underwear, or earrings.

 ALL ETHIC reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged during your possession or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

 Returns Process

  1. To request a return within 14 days of receiving the parcel, please either log in to your account or visit our return center here
  2. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  3. If approved, the ALLETHIC team will arrange for the collection of the return item/s as soon as possible.
  4. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund (excluding any delivery charges ) will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.

 

Return Policies

Packaging

Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as, for example, damaged shoe boxes or unpacked packaged underwear may prevent re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection, but that initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.

Shoes

Shoe returns will only be accepted if the shoes are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces. Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage and visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.

Gifted Items 

Gift items can be requested for return via calling the call center, only if a gift receipt is given. 

Damaged Goods and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

If an item in your Order is received damaged by you or is not what you ordered, then please arrange for the return of the item to us using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes, and any duties. A replacement may be available. Defective items may also benefit from a manufacturer's defects warranty.

  

Card Payments

Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the bank card (credit/debit) used for the original purchase. These should be reflected on your credit card within 3-5 working days depending on your card provider. Online credits shall be reflected immediately on confirmation of refund. 

Cash On Delivery

Items purchased through cash on delivery will only be refunded as store vouchers

Exchanges

At this time, we do not provide exchange services. We kindly ask that you follow the returns process and proceed to place a new order for your desired items.

Cancellation

You may contact us at any time before your order is marked as "Processed" on our online order tracking system to cancel or change it. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund or (ii) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery, and use the returns process.
